AED Awareness
& Hands-On Training

Automated External Defibrillators can restore a normal heart rhythm in cases of ventricular fibrillation — but only if someone nearby knows how to use one. Our AED training removes the fear and builds real confidence with hands-on device practice.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need CPR training before AED training?

+

Not strictly, but we strongly recommend both together. Knowing CPR maximises AED effectiveness because compressions should continue between shocks. Our CPR + AED Certification course covers both.

Which AED brands do you cover?

+

We train on multiple brands including Philips HeartStart and Zoll. The skills are transferable across all modern AEDs since they all follow the same basic prompts.

Why doesn't India have more AEDs in public places?

+

Public awareness and regulatory pressure are both still developing in India. Our AED awareness workshop also covers how to advocate for workplace AED installation and what specifications to request.

Can a layperson legally use an AED in India?

+

Yes. AEDs are designed for lay use. India's Good Samaritan Act (2016) also provides legal protection to bystanders who provide emergency assistance in good faith.
