Hands-on, certified Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation training that turns ordinary employees into confident first responders. Delivered at your premises, available in English, Kannada and Hindi.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a life-saving emergency procedure that combines chest compressions and rescue breaths to manually circulate blood and oxygen for a person whose heart has stopped beating.
When performed immediately after cardiac arrest, CPR can double or triple a victim's chance of survival. Yet in India, only 9.8% of bystanders attempt CPR — compared to 62% in countries like Norway and Denmark.
The reason is simple: most people haven't been trained. That's the gap Hrid Raksha exists to close.
Key Fact: The brain begins to sustain irreversible damage after just 4–6 minutes without oxygen. Effective CPR bridges the gap between cardiac arrest and defibrillation — keeping the victim alive until emergency services arrive.
Bystander CPR more than doubles the probability that a cardiac arrest victim survives to hospital discharge.
Survival chance decreases by 10% for every minute without CPR. Bystander intervention in the first 2–3 minutes is critical.
CPR keeps oxygenated blood circulating until an AED or ambulance arrives, maximising the effectiveness of defibrillation.
Flexible, modular programmes designed to fit your time, team size and industry. All courses include hands-on mannequin practice and AED trainer familiarisation.
Cardiac arrests do not discriminate by age, profession or location. The person who needs CPR most might be your colleague, your parent, or a stranger in a restaurant.
Anyone who spends time in a workplace. Every floor needs at least one certified first responder.
Schools and colleges are where young people spend most of their day. Trained educators save young lives.
70% of cardiac arrests happen at home. Parents, spouses and children who can act are life-savers.
Cardiac events are disproportionately common in gym environments. Trainers must be prepared.
Upon successfully completing a Hrid Raksha CPR training programme, every participant receives a nationally recognised certificate that demonstrates their competency in CPR and AED response.
